Since the age of 15, I’ve been leading teams—starting as a volunteer, then in my first job, and eventually managing larger groups. My passion for leadership naturally extended into sharing knowledge, both during my sports education and later as an HR professional.
During my time as an HR Business Partner, I observed that many companies struggle with common issues: employees often can't advance because their skills aren't developed, training programs are lengthy and expensive, leadership is treated as an innate ability rather than a learned skill, and many trainings lack meaningful interaction. I founded Academy Lead to address these challenges head-on, helping businesses and their teams thrive in a competitive environment. My goal is to offer practical, engaging, and effective training that empowers businesses and their teams to overcome these obstacles and succeed. |
